Pets are allowed at Greensborough Villas. The following information covers our pet guidelines:

• Pets must weigh 30lbs. or less.
  
• A $500 pet fee is payable at the time of deposit or at the time of ownership (if during the lease term).
• $25/mo. pet rent is added to each month of rent.

All utilities are furnished with rent which include: electricity, gas, water, cable TV in living room and master bedroom, internet, lawncare, trash pickup, quarterly filter change, and quarterly spray.
